Where a written quote starts and stops, what halts a job in its tracks, what we won’t do with a match, and where the trailer goes. Plain words, no small type.
Walk-the-land quotes
A quote is written after the parcel has been walked, and it is the price the machines roll on. Stumps are priced by diameter, mulching by the acre in the three vegetation tiers on the chart, clearing and grubbing by the job. The figure holds unless the land turns out different from what was walked — a survey line that moves, a corner too wet to track across, a section of palmetto behind the tree line nobody pointed at — and any change is put in writing before the work continues. The chart’s ranges are ranges; the walk-through sets your number.
Tortoise burrows
Every parcel is checked for gopher tortoise burrows before quoting, and again before machines move. If an active burrow is on the ground to be cleared, work stops outside the buffer until FWC’s permit process is complete. That permit belongs to the landowner; we’ll tell you what it involves, and the tortoise page spells it out. We do not clear over a burrow without it, for anyone, at any price.
No burn piles
Cleared material is mulched in place or hauled. We don’t burn, and the quote never assumes you will.

Who runs the machines
This website takes the request and hands it to the crew. The operator who walks your land and writes the quote runs the machines, and the job is theirs from first pass to last. Proof of insurance is worth asking for at the walk-through — machines this size warrant the question, and a crew that’s used to it is the crew you want.
Underground lines and survey pins
Anything under the ground you know about — irrigation, a well line, a septic lateral, low-voltage cable — gets pointed out at the walk-through before it’s quoted around. Survey pins and property lines are yours to show; a fence line cleared six feet onto a neighbor’s parcel is a neighbor problem no quote can fix.
